“The Ginky Memorial is finally here! This weekend at Steinway Billiards, the 6th edition of this annual event is upon us. We take this time each year to remember and celebrate the life of George “Ginky” SanSouci, a great NYC player who shared so much and influenced how many of us approach our game. Whether you knew him or not, come enjoy this great event this weekend.
“For those of you playing in the Ginky, please read on for information regarding start times, dress code, etc. The draw for the Amateurs will be held at Amsterdam Billiards on Thursday May 26 at 4PM. Brackets with specified start times will be posted Friday.
“AMATEURS: Anyone who has not paid their entry fee in full, please do so ASAP! The draw will be completed and posted prior to Saturday. Once the draw is complete (Thursday May 26), you will be barred from competing in the event. Click here to see who’s entered!
“PROS: Please contact Tony Robles ASAP to enter this tournament. Please note this is a Mosconi Cup Ranking Event for Team USA! ** DRESS CODE ** Dress slacks, dress shoes, collared shirt., Black sneakers are acceptable if presentable. This event will be on live stream. You want to look good!
