The American Poolplayers Association announced its APA Team Shirt Contest saying, “We’re excited to announce that ALL teams at the World Pool Championships are now eligible to enter the Team Shirt Contest! That’s right, 8-Ball World Championship, 9-Ball World Championship, Masters Championship, Jack & Jill Championship and Ladies 8-Ball Championship teams are ALL eligible!
“Another exciting change for 2016 is online voting via Facebook! All eligible contest entries will be posted to Facebook for voting Aug. 18-25. So, if you think your team is rocking the best shirt design, be sure to enter and then have all your friends and family vote! Five winners will be announced on Friday, Aug. 26.
“Teams register at the Photo Booth in Vegas Aug. 11-17. Shirts may be theme-oriented, but not focused on the Championships, Westgate Resort & Casino or Las Vegas. Shirts displaying trademarks (e.g., APA logo, Westgate logo, trademarked cartoon characters, etc.), X-rated artwork or violence will be disqualified. APA awarded patches will not disqualify your entry.
